At RAVE, we are committed to delivering clean, high-quality hydration products across India. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship RAVE products across India through trusted logistics partners.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order has shipped.
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate at checkout.
RAVE is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details, recipient unavailability, or courier-related delays beyond our control.
Order Cancellations
Changed your mind?
Orders can be cancelled free of charge if they have not yet been shipped.
To cancel, please contact us at ask.mixconbeverages@gmail.com with your order details.
Once an order has been dispatched or is out for delivery, cancellation is no longer possible.
If We Cancel Your Order
In rare cases, we may cancel an order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Payment failure
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Regulatory or compliance reasons
If this happens, you will be notified immediately and a full refund will be issued.
No cancellation charges will apply.
Returns & Refunds
No Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products (food & beverage consumables), we do not accept returns or exchanges if:
- You change your mind
- You dislike the taste
- You ordered the wrong product
For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used beverage products cannot be returned.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive:
- A damaged package
- A leaking can
- A defective product
- The wrong item
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery at ask.mixconbeverages@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue (outer packaging + product)
Once verified, we will offer either:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund
At no additional cost to you.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (Razorpay, UPI, card, etc.) within 7–10 business days, subject to payment gateway and bank processing timelines.
There are no restocking fees for genuine, verified issues.
Important Notes
- Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Refunds may be rejected if there is evidence of misuse, tampering, or delayed reporting.
- Minor packaging dents that do not affect product quality may not qualify for refund.
