Where We Ship

RAVE currently ships to most serviceable pincodes across India.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
If your pincode is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Processing Time:
Orders are usually processed and packed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).

Order Cut-Off:
Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST may be processed on the next business day.

Dispatch Confirmation:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with tracking details.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Major cities: 2–5 business days
  • Tier 2/3 cities & remote areas: 5–7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Courier partner performance
  • Weather conditions
  • Festivals or high-demand periods
  • Local network disruptions

Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders:
Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹[Insert Amount].
Orders below this amount may attract a nominal shipping fee, visible at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (if enabled):
A small COD handling fee may apply and will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched, except in cases of incorrect or damaged deliveries.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to activate after dispatch.

You may also track your order through your account on our website (if account login is enabled).

Delivery Issues & Responsibility

Incorrect Address
If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, or if the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for reattempts or reshipment.
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
  • Share your order number.
  • Provide clear photos/videos of the package and product.

We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund as applicable.

Risk of Loss
Responsibility for the product transfers to the customer once the order is marked “Delivered” by the courier partner.

As RAVE is a consumable hydration beverage:

  • Packages are securely packed to prevent transit damage.
  • Please check your order immediately upon delivery.
  • Do not accept visibly tampered packages.
